NWA Quality Analytics Server™ delivers managerial oversight of the entire organization from plant-floor activities to total plant operations.
NWA Quality Analytics Server™ (QAS) is a Client/Server application that consists of:
- Analytics Server application that manages database connections, SPC calculations and chart preparation, and distributes status and graphics results in XML format
- Supervisory Clients that subscribe to the Analytics Server's XML output and display real-time status indicators and SPC charts for selected process and quality parameters
- NWA Quality Analyst for creating Data Sets and managing connections to external data sources
- Utilities for configuring, managing, and troubleshooting the Analytics Server and Clients
